Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic full-time sales coordinator to provide general office support to our FOUNDATION sales and management teams. This role also has direct and frequent contact with our clients. If you are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, love working with customers directly, and good at managing a diverse workload, we want to hear from you!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Process new sales and additional product orders using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce and PandaDoc contract management software
• Welcome newly assigned clients over phone and email, collecting payments and setting the expectation of what is to follow with implementation
• Create/maintain weekly sales statistics in Excel and Salesforce
• Manage colleagues' tracking of sales opportunities and sales orders
• Liaise with sales and accounting teams to process sales opportunities and sales orders
• Liaise with implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and coordinated reporting efforts
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong customer service skills
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage time and prioritize your own workload
• Highly comfortable on the telephone
• Ability to utilize multiple CRM solutions (knowledge of Salesforce and/or NetSuite a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and report creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours during busy periods
• In office position most workdays
